40k precons

This deck, as well as the three other Warhammer 40K precons have all been modified by me. I've playtested, balanced and rebuilt all 4 precons to increase their power levels to around 5/6 while keeping them balanced for play against each other. They all play very well together and against other mid-power decks.

The precons themselves are fun enough to play, but the big draw is the individual cards. Nothing stands out as "this is a new staple that you must run in all decks of this type", but there are a ton of cards that look fun and seem like they'd be great in various archetypes. Best.
