If you want peace of mind then buy new ones and torque them to the old school torque specs in 3 increments of 25, 45 and 65. No need for all the technical BS, it's just torquing a bolt. If you are using stock bolts 65 ft pounds sounds about right. If you are installing the ARP head bolts its 75 foot pounds. I believe 63 is the listed torque for stock bolts. I would not go over.
