You probably have them doing “Full Pads” practice in the Weekly Strategy in the Player Health area. I mostly do “Half Pads” for Starters during the season which minimizes fatigue. Progressive ...

So its an glitch yeah but it has to do w progressive fatigue. There are 2 ways around it, either bench starters and do depth chart before games, or do subs during the game. Like not in depth chart but subs in formations you can put them back in. 1.My starters on defense (mostly) are not coming on the field.
