MARCQI is a Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan and Blue Care Network supported collaborative that began in 2012. MARCQI has created a statewide quality improvement infrastructure by developing a consortium of healthcare facilities and providers in Michigan that engage in quality improvement activities for hip and knee replacement procedures.
