I noticed that the heat wasn't working when my Nest thermostat was offline and seemed to be out of batteries. I was able to charge the unit and put it back on the wall. Once charged, it detects the three wires (green, white, red), but is not receiving power. With a multimeter, I'm reading ~0.5v AC between red and green coming from the furnace.
